informal letter

Dear friends,
 I would like to introduce myself first. My name is Mirrah Afiqah bt Shuhada. I am 18 years old. How  are you guys ? I hope all of you are fine.

           I know what all of you feel right now. Feels like to suicide , hopeless, feels empty and restless. I believe each of us had through this situation. Facing with problems that we can't help ourselves to stand with it. I also had an experienced that . I do feel lonely eventhough there were many people around me. The feeling had controlled me. At a moment, I feel that I have lost everything in my life. I feel I am alone in this huge world. It is my fault because  I am the one who left them. That time, I can't think rationally. What I did were to make myself relief and I realised that the path that I took were totally wrong.

Dear friends,
         Feels lonely are normal for a normal people but we must always remember that we are not alone. We never be alone. We have our family. If they are gone, we still have friends. If they do not make friends with us, it's alrigth. We are born in couple. God had fixed that. The most important thing, we are not alone because we have Him beside us. Pray to Him and He will listen to us. Beg Him for a better life. He will help us and He never forget His people. The hardness that He gave to us has its own advantages. Look through each hardness we faced thoroughly. We will get the messages that He try to gave us. Always think positive and we must believe to ourselves and Him. Not all our pray will get feedback but be patience my friends. Your pray will be heard.

        Loneliness makes us feel like to suicide. We think that we are not exist in this world. Are you guys feels that? You feel that no one need you? If you ever thought that, you are totally wrong. At least there are 5 people in this world who care about you and would die for you. A smile from you can bring happiness to someone eventhough they do not know you. When you feels like to suicide, think about the people who love you or think of a person that you love and care. Are you bare to see people cried for you after you gone just because you took an easy way? You will regret if you see they cried for you. We do not know who love and care about us but believe it or not, there are people who love us and care about us without our knowledge.

My friends, 
      Think twice or more in each of our decision. Think about the positive side and negative side. Compare it with others. Do not make  a rush decision. No problems in this world that no solution.  If you feel like you have been marginalized , think again because maybe you are the one who marginalize them. In this world, there are nothing that we can't find. Explore this world and learn from it. Apply it in our life and you will get a better life. Think wisely, my friends. There is someone who want to hear from you. Write a letter or sent email to me. Tell me everything. You will relieved. That is all from me. Thank you for reading this letter. stress

      Stress is a feeling felt by every person who has suffered discomfort of things. They felt stress because they do not feel comfortable with things surround them. Stress usually being considered as negative feedback when we face with troubles such as work, relationship, mates, and all situations, challenges, and difficulties that we confront in our daily basis. Internal factors determine how our body respond to the situations that we faced. It can distract our focus for something. People who suffered with stress usually can be seen clearly through their emotional well-being, the amount of sleep and rest we get.
       Some people can tell when they stress by observing their own emotional. This people usually can be hot-tempered even though people around them innocent. They felt lonely and thus, they felt nobody with them. This attitude known as depression. They felt loss and do not know what to do. They have the chances to do something that we called 'stupid'. They can fall sick or even worse or they can have the risk to suicide. People around them should be careful and always concerned on they behavior.
            Stress also can occur if we do not get enough sleep. Focusing on students, they need at least 8 hour for sleep. Now days, they always stay up till midnight. In class, they will not able to give 100 percent on their studies. They will feel more stress because they fail to get what the teachers' taught. Examination will give them more stress.  Sleep are the best way to repress our stress.
             How to manage stress? Some people will exercise. Exercise are the basis to turn down the stress hormones. Studies have found that exercise is a potent to antidepressant. Meditation and relaxation techniques have be well known as the process to decreases feeling of stress. During the meditation, our brain will be more relax and this can reduces the feeling of stress. Our brain need enough rest income to get a good mood in anything we do.
             Feeling stress are the nature of human feeling. No person do not feel it.  We must be wisely on how to manage the feeling so that they won't be too harmful to our health. Do not take things so serious until we feel too stress. More relax on handling some situations and you won't be stress.

          Article review about ' An Easy Way To Prevent Brain Injuries and Death' really attract me to read it. It is about the current issue. Injuries and death has become big problem in our country. There is a way to prevent it. People in Malaysia majority died in crash and most of them were motorists. Motorist has higher chances to get a crash on road.
         The article attract me to write about it. Moreover , they were Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who became the cover for the article. People had died in a crash and most of them were motorist. These scene do make me feel bad for them. Although they ride their motorcycle carefully, it always them who become the victim. Almost all the accident, the motorists who died in the crash. Here, we can see the importance of helmet. It is what the article all about. I choose this article because I can increase my knowledge and I can apply it in my life. Other than that, I can spread this knowledge with other people.
        The article were discussed about way to prevent brain injuries and death. Example , motorists can reduce the accident rate and reduce the death by wearing the helmet. Based on the article, first way to prevent brain injuries are we must know the latest research and mandate helmet use in our family. Helmet are the safest equipment to prevent motorists from brain injuries and death while accident. The helmet absorbs most of the impact.
           I agree with the article and the ways that they recommended can be practiced by all ages. They give us the prove that the helmet are the safest equipment. The article can be trusted as we have the reliable evidence.

The Power of Time

             Time is a part of the measuring system used to sequence events, to compare the durations of events and the intervals between them, and to quantify rates of change such as the motions of objects. Time can also be present with past, present and future. Past shows an events that already happen and present shows an event that are happening right now. For the future, it shows that events will happen. Time do effect people life. We have to arrange our schedule with the time because without the time, the schedule can affect the activities. Most in our life, time is important. We have to punctual in all things that we do. Do not make people wait for us as they can not make we wait for them. 
              Time do important to me as a student. Students must manage their time wisely because they have have many activities to do such as attend classes, meet lecturers, study group , attend activities that college planned and others. Students also must arrange time on when to stay at the college and when to spend time with family. Sometimes, friends can also distract us as a student from follow the time table that had been made. They will persuade us to spend time with them and we must be smart to arrange the time. 
             Myself try to be punctual. For now, I went to classes as early as I can. Be the first in the class have more advantages than be like others. Example, I can get ready for the lesson and recite my pray before class started. I can also sit in front so that, I can be more focus. I can ask my lecturer questions while waiting for my friends to arrive. Here, I already use my time wisely. Other than that, time are useful wherever we go. Actually, eating also need time so that we are not late for our matter. Time also can be distress us. We can be swamp by the time that we arranged. Too conscious about time can make people around us feel uncomfortable. Imagine if your friend want you to be beside her but at the same time you have to follow your schedule. If it is me, I choose to be with my friend because the time that I spend with my friend will be the sweetest time ever. Time that I can remember in my whole life.
              Time can be waste or useful. It depends on us to manage them. Man manage time, not time manage man.
